Healthy pancakes 🥞 with only 3 ingredients!

Hello my babytiful friends!
Hope you are having a great start of the week! The weather is still amazing 😉 so it feels like summer and I feel full of energy!
This week I want to share with you a recipe to make pancakes for our babies.... and not so babies!
We'll only use 3 ingredients and it's so easy to make them! Let's start!!

Recipe for 6 lovely pancakes 🥞
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

* You can make them with any other fruit you wish as for example blueberries and also change the peanut butter for another nut butter you prefer as almond butter. This is how I make them but you can try another variation!
How to make them:
- Whisk the egg.
- Smash the banana with a fork.
- Mix all together and add the peanut butter; and mix well all the 3 ingredients.
- In a fry pan add a little bit of olive olive and pour the mix using a big tablespoon and fry them both sides.

Serve them and enjoy!

I normally make them early in the morning to have them for breakfast and snack later on. Alma -and us- loves them!
